Pros: The work-life balance here is excellent and genuinely respected by leadership. The culture is highly inclusive and "outspoken" in the best way possible; everyone is encouraged to get the visibility that they deserve. The company fosters an environment where you can disagree, debate, and challenge ideas openly. This healthy friction is encouraged to help us reach the best possible decisions without fear of retribution.

Cons: Strategic planning sometimes lacks end-to-end follow-through. Too often, product decisions or internal tooling initiatives are greenlit without a clear vision for monetization or tangible cost savings. We tend to start building before fully vetting the long-term business value or ROI, which can lead to wasted effort on projects that haven't been fully thought out from a business perspective.

Pros: A good and up-to-date tech stack

Cons: Management is a horror story. The company keeps changing directions every few months, and projects keep closing. There are many rounds of layoffs, and nothing is stable. There is no recognition for top performers.

Pros: Okay salary. Not the best, and pay parity is huge. They don’t know how to hire properly.

Cons: One of the worst managements that I have ever come across. They took the company private and are still chasing short-term results instead of thinking long-term.
