Pros: 1. Genuinely good teammates. 2. Decent perks.

Cons: 1. Absolutely clueless management. They literally are masters of deception. They will do a lot of politics and try to throw you under the bus. 2. Working hard here has made my life worse because you become a constant target for management. You can never pushback against literally dumb ideas and hope to stay. 3. The management is absolutely petty and unempathic to a degree that I cannot explain. 4. Oh, did I mention that 12-14 hour work days are very normal here? Especially since management is directionless and constantly shifts priorities.

Cons: Work is sometimes hectic, and you have to extend the working hours.

Pros: At New Relic you get to work with great people.

Cons: and unstable environment. The leadership sometimes lacks vision and visibility.
