First call with manager to understand company and culture. HR sends a code challenge (7 days to return). Call with 2 tech members to get follow-up questions from the challenge. This session can get hands-on code from a new feature or fix something, and include some questions around performance and multi-threading approach. Design session to solve some problems (no code, but loads of problem-solving, patterns, whys, and hows).
