Pros: The experience was consistently disappointing and at times outright demoralizing. Nothing about the culture, leadership, or day-to-day work resembled a healthy or professionally managed environment. If there were any “pros,” I never saw them — the entire experience left me with a thoroughly unpleasant and frankly disgusting impression.

Cons: Too many cons to list — nearly every aspect of the experience was a letdown.

Pros: Food Office culture No Micromanagement

Cons: If you are going to join after October, you will not be eligible for the current March hike cycle. You have to wait for the next March for the salary increment, and it will reflect on the payroll from the July salary. That means if you joined in November, you have to wait 20 to 21 months for the next salary increment. - Also, the salary hike is very low (similar to TCS): 7-10%

Pros: Dynamic workplace, a start-up culture, and loads to learn

Cons: It might be overwhelming at first, and it requires time to get used to the demands of your team.
