I had an interview with two employees: one of them was a team lead and the other was his manager. It was horrible.
One of them got mad at me because I was working at a big corporation, so I was not aware of how to work in a startup environment (he came to this conclusion by himself; should I apologize for where I worked? LOL).
Also, he was mad that I am not a hardcore fan of New Relic. Horrible experience.
