The first round was a recruiter screening. Then, the second round, I had a meeting with the hiring manager to discuss my background and experience. The last round was a technical interview which involved some multithreading. Unfortunately, I didn't get an offer.

Pros: Work-life balance has been historically good.
Cons: Significant organizational restructuring, including layoffs and offshoring, has impacted morale and job security over the last few years. High attrition as many roles are seemingly being replaced by offshore teams. Total compensation has become less competitive, as RSU grants were not renewed so everyone got a pay cut.
