The first round is a phone screen. That is followed by a slightly more technical interview with the manager. The final round is a 60-minute typical coding interview. It was nice having the phone screen upfront instead of having to do an online assess

1st round: Online coding test One hour test (10-15 MCQ, 1 SQL, 2 DSA) 2nd round: DSA, behaviour 3rd round: System design, resume, and behaviour-based questions. More focus was on prior projects and behaviour-based questions.

The interview was segmented into several sections. Each section involved a different member of the team I applied for or relevant HR employees, asking various questions. I enjoyed having personal interactions with multiple team members to get a feel
