Pros: The office itself is nice.

Cons: Honestly, this was one of the worst work experiences I've had. * The work was mostly repetitive and offered very little opportunity to learn, which is mostly prod support. * Micromanagement was extremely common, with little to no autonomy. * They require four days in the office, but attendance seemed to matter more than productivity. Many people spent their time in the office socializing or sitting through unnecessary meetings, yet there was still an expectation to be available late into the evening. * Work-life balance was poor, and long hours often felt normalized. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a supportive culture, opportunities for growth, or a healthy work-life balance.

Pros: - The workload is generally less.

Cons: - Incompetent higher management without any direction or vision - No meaningful development work. It is mostly support, and you will be expected to do production support. - There is a reorg and change every year. It is so unstable. - Micromanagement - No career progression - Favoritism and politics

Pros: Good work-life balance. And some managers are awesome; if you are lucky, you will be working with them, else it could make your life worse. If G.R.S is your team head, you can get a promotion without even blinking.

Cons: No promotion cycle for people, and eventually people have to leave the company due to this. And we see that under some of senior directors, promotions are being given so easily, but with retail, supply chain, and digital teams it is impossible to get promotions.
