Process
I was told this was contract-to-hire, but discovered there was no switchover timeframe. It could be years.
The interviewer asked me to resolve actual problems they were having, then told me there was a good chance they would fill the job from the employee/contractor pool since "they already understood the current implementation."
It felt like a scam, either to show they looked externally or to get fresh insight without paying for consultation. I was highly disappointed.
