Decent people trying to improve amid coasting culture

Engineering Manager • Current Employee

Pros: Some decent people who really want to make things better. Good discount on products, but still pricy. Lots of rah-rah culture.

Cons: Lots of people who just want to coast or don't care enough to do the right things to improve the situation. Lack of tech leadership. Nobody knows what the people in the trenches are doing, which is holding up the rest of the organization.
