The interview process consisted of three main rounds.
First, the hiring manager called to gather background information on my past experiences. This was followed by two interviews with engineering managers.
These interviews were more project-specific and included two case study questions. They were curious about how I would approach them.
Questions
It was a case study question about a new automation project. The question asked how you could gauge the success of the project and help to ensure its effectiveness.
