Pros

Incredible benefits, freedom to bring your personality to the workplace, discounts that are a lifesaver, and challenging but fun work. Ample vacation, wellness perks, and work/life balance. Severance packages are really considerate to the affected employees, but having a job is better (imo).

Cons

Managerial styles aren't regulated; some teams have great managers, and others, not so much.

The Speak Up portal and Employee relations are really there to protect the business, of course, so most of us employees don't take our grievances to them out of fear of painting a target on our backs.

The constant layoffs were stressful, but it's corporate—just with a cool vibe.

Advice to Management

MANAGER TRAINING IS NECESSARY TO CREATE A STANDARD IN THE WORKPLACE
