The interview was done on the phone by two startup managers while I was offshore (not in Saudi Arabia) for a new managed services project for STC KSA. The position was for Makkah to manage all operations and maintenance tasks for Nokia equipment (base stations and transmission) and ensure 100% network availability.

I was interviewed on all operational tasks, managing network failures, and managing subcontractors.

Cons: Nokia is a big company and provides us with good network support of GSM, UMTS, and LTE. The downside area of Nokia is that they change shift timings, but overall it's a good experience with Nokia.
