Before the shortlist, HR had given a call and informed there would be 4 rounds.

1st: Telephonic 2nd: WebEx (3 panelists) 3rd: Face to Face (2 panelists) 4th: HR Discussion

I cleared all the rounds. The first 3 rounds were technical, and scenario-based questions were asked.

Pros: Amazing salaries, especially for the experienced ones. Roam the country, even the world, if you have the right job. Great perks. Super cool people.

Cons: Joining as a fresher is not so much of a great idea. You have to do all sorts of jobs, roaming from site to site. Some even have to climb cell phone towers.
