There were 3 rounds of technical and 1 round of HR interview. The first round was related to C/C++, the next to data structures, and the last was related to design patterns. The HR round was a pure behavioral round.

Cons: There have been no hikes for a long time. No recognition for good work is seen when someone goes through a lot of hard work to achieve something.

Cool work environment – nobody sits on your head or pressures you to do something.
Cons: Lack of direction from Top Management.
Middle-level management is also a messy affair.
