2 technical and 1 managerial.
Technical interview is OK. But this one is HR based. I sent my resume with expected CTC and current CTC. They got back to me with an interview date.
I cleared all the rounds, and the director told me about the project, etc. At that time, they treated me like their employee. Once the HR discussion came into the picture, it was worst. "We can't offer even 20% of your actual salary," and bla bla things he told. I clearly mentioned my expected salary when I sent my resume.
One valuable day got wasted. First of all, if you won't offer the expected package, why are you calling for an interview and wasting our time?
