Casual meet and greet first round with the team. They have very reasonable expectations on the ideal candidate and are very open about their positive work experience with Nokia.

Second round is technical coding, where the team can see the whole process of how you solve the question, as well as your debugging process.

I appreciate they took their time to give feedback (what I could have done better) on my submission. I would say I had a very positive interview experience with them.
