A big environment with many challenges, and a lot of opportunities to learn. A good atmosphere. Nokia cares about people.
Just a regular SW Engineer drill: * Phone interview with some data structure-related questions. * Followed by an in-person interview with "tell us about your experience" questions. * Write some simple code in C. * Solve some logic riddles.
It was good. I had been interviewed on Oops concepts and codes, and also data structures. It has been great testing my knowledge. It's been interesting participating in interviews and gaining knowledge.
I passed through two interviews. Both interviewers were very kind and polite. They asked me questions about my technical skills, like Java, but also checked my soft skills in depth.
