Very good if you get to the right department
Good atmosphere in the team.
Smaller but demanding projects, some of them based on very modern technologies.
Managers acting like friends rather than bosses.
Many young, ambitious people.
Decent salaries and many benefits.
Team parties every once in a while.
I was never asked to stay overtime.
I heard that in other departments, the one I was working in, things aren't so beautiful.
Quite frequent changes of office location (if it's a problem for somebody).
Some less effective employees feel a little too comfortable and are not motivated to try harder.
Maintain the good atmosphere as it is currently.
But give some more attention to underperformers.
