It has two people on the panel and asks general questions. They asked about: * Strengths * Weaknesses * How to explain web development to a non-technical person * Challenges faced in a project and how you overcame them.

There were two interview rounds. They talked more about what kind of topics might be available by the time I joined and what sort of work they think would be relevant to me based on my resume.

Has a great interview process. They are not very elaborate but to the point. The recruitment process was completed very fast, and the recruiters are quite friendly. But I didn't get time to discuss the salary.
