Little to no opportunities to work on the latest technology. You get stuck doing something good and don't get moved to the newer products.
One raise in 5 years. Everyone from previous [teams/projects] is gone. All new jobs are going to India or Mexico.
Move the best people to the newer technologies. Stop laying off great talent for cheaper, less talented people in India and Mexico.
