State-of-the-art on telecommunication technology
Not often, and fair salary increases.
A reasonably technical telephone interview lasting about 1 hour (twice as long as planned). Two interviewers, the head of QA and a QA Engineer. Very well-structured and relaxed discussion, reviewing my skills, with time to ask questions at the end.
Three rounds of interview. Cleared the first one. The second one was pathetic. They asked textbook-ish, theoretical questions. They were not trying to check if the candidate had problem-solving capability.
First, contact HR to schedule an interview with the technical lead and have a brief chat to get to know you. They will tell you about their requirements and the activities and flexibilities they are looking for.
