Good for those who are good at politics.
The local management at Fortune Tower Gurgaon is the worst I have seen. Local management pressures folks to leave if they don't act or work as per their way. They take command of the Fortune Tower as if they own this center, and they take all the advantages of the employee policies but don't let the rest of the employees take the benefits of the same. Politics is the one thing everyone cares about at this center. Management will not communicate with you and doesn't maintain transparency in the processes. At the time of appraisal, they will just let you know the appraisal and won't discuss anything regarding issues the employee is facing and what needs to be corrected. Extremely unethical folks are there in the management. Be cautious before joining at this Nokia Center.
There is an urgent need to reform the top management at the center if the company wants to grow.
