Best Software Engineers are not willing to become Software Architects, since the Software Architect position in Nokia is not attractive. A Software Architect at Nokia is a boring, presentations, meetings, and emails job.
Engineers who work with the code should be able to take decisions and be able to make changes. It is not good when Software Architects, who have no knowledge, force decisions.
