Excellent work-life balance. It's a true Finnish environment, so it is best for free thinking and gives an opportunity for innovation. They are big on competency development, so that helps the individual grow as well. It's also a flat working environment, which increases approachability and hence gives a nice feel to working with them.
Cannot think of anything, even after leaving the organization. I'm still a sucker for the same. It was wonderful to work there, and there was always harmony within all tiers of the organization. This brought in a feel of belonging to the employees.
Keep up the good work and I hope you are hiring in the UAE. There ought to be a development team here too.
