It really depends on what product you have and what LM you are using
Average salary, flexibility in the working hours.
Bad management. Most of the time, it depends on how much work the tech area your manager has assigned you has. This leads some devs to have way less work than others who work in more difficult areas.
They also think you are an area expert with 2-3 months of experience, which is never the case.
Be more organized and have closer communication with your engineers. Also, value their feedback.
