First, you have to take a multiple-choice test (with no negative grading) on a chosen language (C, C++, or Java), TCP/IP, and Bash.
Then there is a 1-hour group exercise, and then you can be asked for an interview.
The interview was quite simple and not very demanding. They mostly wanted to see my experience with coding and a few things about myself.
