It was a good company to work for during its golden ages, which are now gone by. There was lots of lobbying, and you needed to be in the good graces of your management if you wanted to stay onboard.
Please think about the company above all, its advancement and leadership status. Do not travel like crazy just because you need a platinum card or that you can score more and post it on Twitter/Facebook by visiting more places at the company's expense.
Get rid of the old junk. Create a talent hunt scouting group and hire young talents who can contribute.
