The working time is very flexible. There are also a lot of leisure facilities. No overtime is needed.

The salary is an average (or below average) without any increase or well-defined career path to follow, so I'd rather not recommend it to newcomers.

There have been many layoffs recently, so there are no bonuses at all.

The senior management is also quite clumsy. The last three years were disastrous (I write this in 2013).

The management can't see the wood for the trees. There are many people in the company who are only still here because they received a company car, for example, while talented colleagues have neither the chance nor the salary to stay here. The management hierarchy is unnecessarily deep.
