Calm, peaceful. We are treated with dignity and trust. Excellent work-life balance.
Perfect place if you prefer stability and the status quo, and just want to work somewhere without further career, learning, or self-development ambitions.
Average salary and benefits.
Innovation ideas: pressure on developers and testers is counterproductive. Experienced developers are let go easily for better pay, or pushed to leave technical roles for management career paths. Management pushes focus to business but strongly neglects the technology side.
Legacy development tools and methods: software design does not keep pace with modern disciplines. Products are based on legacy, hardly maintainable spaghetti code, and custom testing tools, with which you may not gain any useful knowledge of technologies anywhere but only in Nokia.
Keep good developers and testers.
