Pros

Good work-life balance, in fact, more life than work. If you are a bit shameless, you can work from home most of the time. If you're pregnant, you get 9 months paid leave, and after that, for a year, you can work from home. European culture means you can take your time to finish a thing; there's no hurry. Less onsite, but if you go, you get to stay in the best hotels and enjoy a lot.

Cons

Too many managers. They will get external employees from CTS or TCS as developers, so managers rule here. Every year during hike time, top managers will send one depressing email, making you feel that forgetting a hike and saving your job will be satisfactory. Top management is clueless as to what is going on. They will make the tail the head and the head the tail and expect miracles. It doesn't work, and they will make us the head. I can go on, but I will stop here.

Advice to Management

Stop politics.
