- Very deep knowledge base for many of the world's bleeding-edge technologies.
- Excellent health care benefits.
- The company provides a variety of work arrangements (on-site, hybrid, fully-remote) which, in my experience, have always been respected once an agreement has been established.
- Diversity and inclusion is a priority at Nokia.
- Labor issues in some parts of the world really appear to have disenfranchised some of our colleagues. That is unfortunate, and I pray equitable solutions can be found to accommodate their concerns.

Sr. Software Engineer
The first round will be an HR round, followed by a technical round. This will then be followed by a managerial round. Finally, there will be salary negotiations and cultural fit rounds.
Test Automation Developer
There were two or three rounds. For the first time, a paper test about analytical thinking and general programming knowledge, optionally with different programming languages, was conducted. The further rounds were personal interviews.
