Nokia has good 401k matching up to 6%. The medical plan is good as well. The ambience is relaxed in general.
The structure is unorganized, although it seems there have been efforts lately to improve this, we are yet to see the results.
Work divided among different timezones makes synchronization complicated.
We should try to reduce the amount of work we distribute among the different development locations. Such distribution complicates interaction and project synchronization.
