There is a phone interview. Then there is an in-person interview with HR and line managers, talking about past experiences and general personality stuff. No IQ test questions.

Then an interview with the team lead and engineer on technical stuff. Basic computer science knowledge, a short, easy coding quiz on basic programming concepts. Then some verbal questions on programming concepts and past experience.
