There were two or three rounds. For the first time, a paper test about analytical thinking and general programming knowledge, optionally with different programming languages, was conducted. The further rounds were personal interviews.

It was a 30-minute interview over the Internet. The interview manager walked through the position and asked several questions about test automation concepts. The interview manager was very nice and open about the workflow.

Mainly technical questions based on my resume. Investigated deeply on each of my experiences involving AI. Asked as deep as how data is processed. Did not have much behavior questions nor coding questions.
