The interview process consisted of a phone screen, a take-home project, a technical screen reviewing the project and an addition to it. Following that were a coding interview and a career history interview. The recruiters were very helpful.

Pros: Joined recently. Very good onboarding experience. Working with smart people for hypergrowth scalability problems is really exciting.
Everyone is so helpful and smiling.
Compensation is accurate. You feel that you are valued really.
WLB is decent in comparison to a startup culture.
Cons: Like every early startup company, there are some growing pains out there. But this also excites me to be part of an impactful transformation.
