I received an invitation from a recruiter and proceeded with a phone interview. The interviewer was very unprofessional; they continuously looked at their phone and never listened to my solutions.

When I explained my solution, the interviewer was very rude and simply stated, "You can just code and don't need to talk," before returning to their phone.

I doubt they received any interview training. I have interviewed hundreds of people in my current role at a FAANG company and cannot be treated like this.

Based on LinkedIn, the interviewer has only 1 year of experience, while I have 10+ years. How can a new grad conduct an interview for a senior role?

I have been a long-term user of Notion since 2018 and I truly love the app, but I would not work here with a-holes.
