Pros: - Notion has the pros of large tech companies (great benefits and perks, competitive compensation) and startups (move fast, individual ownership of major projects). - Team members are super kind and inspiring. - We get to work on some state-of-the-art technologies and have the opportunity to explore the boundaries of these technologies (specifically generative AI).

Cons: - Typical growing pains of fast-moving and high-growth startups (i.e., lack of clarity on moving up engineering ladders, and frequent pivots in product focus)

Pros: Very talented engineering organization. Teams aren't bloated, and there is interesting work to do. WLB is good with flexible PTO and work hours.

Cons: Nothing really comes to mind.
