Notion's interview process is similar to most at a high level: a technical screen, followed by an on-site interview (four parts: three technical and one behavioral). However, Notion stood out among all other companies due to their empathy and the quality of their interview process.
Interviewers and recruiting staff were exceptionally helpful and understanding, and the questions were very practical.
After passing the loop, the individuals involved made extensive time to chat with me, addressing any concerns I had and sharing their experiences candidly.
