Cons: Bay Area office is in San Francisco. The company has very successful stories with in-person collaboration when it was very small, so we still push towards in-office. Currently there is a plan to be in office two days a week. This can have some uncertainties for some people. * We are growing very fast. There can be a lot of dynamics on organization change or product refocus. * A lot of pieces need a bit of re-architecture to improve dev velocity.
