- Really interesting technical and product challenges, and there's a lot of opportunity to be engaged with solving these on a day-to-day basis.
- A genuinely great team where not only is everyone kind and pleasant to work with, but the bar for technical excellence is very high.
- In-person work, which may be a pro or a con, but I've really enjoyed working with people IRL instead of exclusively via Zoom.
- Notion has grown a LOT in the past few years. While overall this is a great thing that allows the company to tackle bigger challenges, there have been some speed bumps as the company adjusts to executing with a larger headcount.
