great workplace!
Everyone is really motivated, passionate, and a pleasure to work with. There is a lot of interesting work to do!
As someone who is earlier in my career, I'm learning a lot, and I feel challenged in the right ways. The people here are smart and experienced!
No cons for now :)

I really enjoyed my interview process at Notion. It was super organized and clear. I felt like my recruiter wanted me to succeed. My interview panel was really diverse, which was one reason I accepted my offer. It was composed of a white woman, an A
Software Engineer
Overall, a very frictionless experience. Applied through a referral. Interviewers were professional, friendly, and patient. They did not ask any LeetCode questions; instead, they asked realistic questions relevant to the product and day-to-day work.

HR asked about my previous experience, key projects, and why I’m interested in Notion. They also checked if I understand how Notion works as a product and explained the interview process.
