The greatest startup I have ever worked for
- Leadership and planning are super reasonable and actionable, and the vision is clear.
- We always have important things to do, and no time is wasted in politics.
- Keeping the management level at a minimum size is a good strategy.
- People here make a lot of sense, because they are paying attention to the business growth rather than other superficial things.
2 days per week is required to go back to the office, but I don't see that it would require more this year.
Everything is great so far! Focus on the business and the customer always.
