My overall experience was very positive, starting from the first phone screen. The recruiting team provided feedback quickly after the initial phone screen and scheduled the on-site interview promptly.

I had the chance to meet key engineers and senior leadership during the on-site. All interviewers were very courteous and provided a lot of useful information about the product, work environment, and the position itself. Each interviewer focused questions on different aspects: technical, process, leadership, and management style. I was given enough time to ask questions and received detailed answers.

After the on-site interview, I had follow-up questions. The hiring manager was gracious enough to spend time answering them.
