Phone interview with HR recruiter.
The recruiter spoke highly of the company to generate excitement. Once it seemed like a good fit for the position, they promised to forward my resume to the hiring manager.
Afterwards, there was silence.
The recruiter ignored all attempts at contact for follow-up.
I suspect this company does not hire the unemployed and only seeks candidates who currently have jobs.
