I hope it works for them. If you cannot assess a candidate after 4 interviews, then it's time for them to introspect about their process.
As a candidate, it completely left me drained. And guess what? You will get a very generic rejection email after you follow up with HR.
Have the decency to inform from your end when a candidate has gone through such an intensive process.
