Process

Applied through the website and received an email scheduling a telephonic interview with the hiring manager.

Telephonic Interview

  • The role was described, and I was asked to write a small program in C to calculate permutations.

After some time with no communication, I was randomly called to appear for a face-to-face interview the next day.

Round 1

I was asked about my current responsibilities and a few coding questions.

Round 2

I was asked about a deployment scenario involving several nodes and some questions regarding critical tasks performed in my current job.

Round 3

A discussion was held with the Director, as the Hiring Manager was busy.

There was no response afterward, neither confirmation nor rejection. The random scheduling of interviews was unexpected. I had higher hopes for the interview process at Nutanix.
