The process began with a short call with a recruiter to discuss next steps. If there's no expedite or referral, the first step is the Online Assessment (OA), followed by being matched with a team.
The first round is more technical and conducted with an engineer from the team. I did not receive a coding question; my interviewer focused more on problem-solving and my interest in their projects. I've heard that others have been given medium-level hashmap, string/array, or tree questions, but it depends on the team and the interviewer.
The second round is a behavioral and "team fit" interview with the hiring manager. This round primarily serves as an opportunity to ask many questions about the team, company, and potential projects. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, and the entire process took about a week.
