They question only what they want, of course, that's the requirement of the opening. But they select wrong candidates.
I never had experience in protocol testing, nor in SMB/NFS/FC/.... which were mentioned exactly the same in my resume. Yet, they scrutinized me in the panel round on these topics, even when I claimed that I could not answer them.
The interviewer just walked out. There was no professionalism.
What if I had asked him PCIe protocol questions which he never worked on? Jerks at Nutanix.
