Process
The interview process was well-structured. The coordinator and the interview panel were very friendly and approachable.
There were:
- A couple of coding rounds
- A debugging round
- A couple of HLD and LLD design rounds
- A behavioral round
- A VP/managerial round
The interviewers provided hints at the right time whenever I got stuck.
Interview questions were practical and based on my prior experience.

Pros: - Good Engineering team
- Latest Tech in use
Cons: - Your contribution to the company will not be taken into account when you need it the most.
- Perks are reduced a lot compared to pre-COVID times.
- Leadership has lost its strength, as most of the senior leadership and founding members have left the company.
- The company is looking at cost-cutting in all possible ways. (There are many indirect ways to do this rather than being open and talking about layoffs; the company is silently doing a lot of similar things for cost-cutting).
- The company's finances are messed up.
- If you want to grow in your career, don't think twice and run from here.
